Some sessions work out just perfect in a way that it goes smooth as planned and we are able to capture what I’d like to capture. It was one of those sessions. We worked with the family for the maternity session, which was beautifully done at Deer Lake and the newborn session was even better.

Often we don’t know what to expect when there are siblings. Some of them do everything we ask for. Some need lots of time to warm up. Some don’t want to be in the pictures with their little baby brother or sister at all. In general, siblings over 4 years old are easier to photograph with their baby brother or sister. This baby’s big brother is younger than he looks – he is just a tall boy. But when he is in it, he is gorgeously photogenic. And the little baby brother did so well that we captured lots of images in variety. He gave everything we wish for a newborn session. And of course the beautiful parents!
